UBC Prayer Updates for February 29, 2024

Promotion

Don Lepczyk (affectionately known as “Capt Darlin’)  was promoted to the presence of our Lord Jesus Christ on Sunday morning, February 25.  We celebrate God’s great victory in calling home such a winner believer.  Please continue to pray for Sue and Mike and Chris and the rest of the family that God will comfort them with His Word.   

Get Well

Addition

Rich Blair  Rich will be undergoing a repair for the arthritis in his right thumb on 3/7/24.  Pray God will guide the surgeon and staff and that this hurdle will bring glory and honor to God.

Lil Jer Cahoon  Jer has been fighting a bug and may now have pink eye.   He went to quick care and learned he has no medical insurance.   He is trying to get his medical insurance issue resolved.

Updates

Cliff Abbott  Cliff’s angiogram will be on March 4.      

Carol Ann Davis  Carol Ann’s kidney transplant surgery was very successful.  Both Carol Ann and her daughter (the donor) are doing well and will be in the hospital for approximately 3 days. 

Ken Marr  Ken has had 1 cataract surgery that went well.  He still has another procedure.   His eyesight is improving. (Jerry)

Spiritual and Other Needs

Sunna Miller  My sister did not get that job either.  She is going to look for more lab processing jobs.  Thank you so much for the prayers. (Daria)

Evangelism

Child Haven  This Saturday, March 2, the team will be presenting the Gospel and Bible truths to the teenage girls and boys.  Pray for our team, Child Haven staff and all the young people there who will be hearing about our Lord Jesus Christ. 

Indian Springs Easter Party will be March 30 – anyone wanting to join the team, see Jamie.
