Get Well

Addition

Cortney Sponheim       She has been having extreme pain in her hip keeping her awake at night.  She finally had it diagnosed by MRI as a hip labrum tear. The doctor said she could try PT but was confident it wouldn't help in her case.  The only option is surgery with 2-4 weeks on crutches which presents a problem with her 2 small children.  Please pray for the appropriate decision regarding surgery and pain relief for her.  (Sherry B’s daughter)

Maureen Powers        She was diagnosed yesterday with colon cancer and will go through additional tests to see if it has spread to other organs.  (Sherry B’s friend)

Randy Frick                 Surgery February 20 (Whipple procedure) at Spring Valley Hospital.

Don Lepczyk               Ongoing hospice care at home. 

Pastor Olsen               Post-op appointment today said he can “get back in the saddle.”

Herman Mattox          Stroke recovery. He is stronger physically and no longer needs a walker, but still unable to teach because of ongoing inability to communicate.

Ben Bortnem               Stage 5 kidney failure. His aim during his remaining time is to bring glory to God and His matchless Grace. Ben said to thank you for your prayers. (Dotson’s and Olsen’s friend)

Neil Maly                     Terminal brain cancer. He sleeps a lot and said that one day he’ll fall asleep and wake up in Heaven, for which he’s so grateful. Also grateful for your prayers.  (Joy’s cousin)

Karen Potts                  Terminal cancer. Some cancer areas have disappeared, but others pop up. She is happy and trusting God. Thanks so much for praying for her. (Harlan’s niece)

Pamela Huffman        She has a infection on her tongue;  they believe the skin graft on her tongue related to her tongue cancer is not attaching itself.   She has an appointment today to determine what is the problem of the infection. (Cahoons)

Evangelism                 Child Haven for teenage girls scheduled for March.
