Promotion
Dave Padovese Dave was called home to heaven on Thanksgiving. Thank you for your prayers; he was surrounded by his family. (Tim’s cousin)
Get Well
Addition
Pamela Huffman Pamela is a believer under sound doctrine. She had tongue cancer surgery a couple of weeks ago. She has been having a tough time with Chemo and lots of miserable side effects. She also has one kidney that is now not wanting to play nice. (Cahoons)
Updates
Angel Hervis Angel is at home now. He can feed himself with his left hand. His right side still does not work. He is grunting more but no real speech. Family is taking turns caring for him and looking into at-home nursing care for some of the time.
Law Enforcement
Brian Hervis has completed his formal training with LVMPD and has been permanently assigned to the South-Central Area command on graveyard (10 pm to 8am) with T-W-T night off. His area is Paradise east to Pecos and Sahara south to Russell. The sector beat is “Nora” area. In the last 3 years the Nora area has had the most officer involved shootings. It is not the worst area to work in but it’s a rough area.
Fun Updates
Jacob Hernandez Many of you will remember him from Vacation Bible School as well as Bib Ed! He was always Greg Mordin’s special guest. He is now a 9th grader, living in San Antonio, TX. It's a fun reminder of God's tremendous answered prayers for this little boy who was dealing with a tumor on his pancreas and a life- threatening surgery. (Daria) |
