Joan Rice is still waiting for her teeth implants; she still is dealing with severe Parkinson’s. She can still walk and get around, but she is very feeble. She is also dealing with a lot of family issues in her daily care. However, as of today she now has blood clots in her lungs and is in the hospital.

Hervis Family Dealing with many hurdles
Matt and Robyn Rice, Rebekah and Tony Howell This is Irene’s sister and nephew and spouses who are in charge of the care for Joan Rice (Irene’s mom). Lots of turmoil and self-induced problems with all of them. All are believers -- just not much else.
Genny Martinez Genny is the manager of the Christian radio station in Window Rock AZ. She often reads the LPB on air. She also is the face of evangelism all over the Navajo Nation, using the LPB. (Irene’s Navajo sister)
Teresa Ward and husband continue to face hurdles; they are under sound bible teaching.
Evangelism
Desert View Senior Living We will present our Christmas Program to the residents on Saturday, December 16 from 10:00 - 11:00. We will sing Christmas carols and hymns and have song sheets for them so they can sing along. We'll talk about the miracle of that very first Christmas when Jesus Christ was born. We will give them the gospel as well as Christmas cards and gospel booklets.
Child Haven Renetta has us scheduled for Saturday, January 20th, from 10:00 am - Noon to have Bible Time with the elementary age children. We will have two separate classes, one for the girls and one for the boys.
Missions
Operation Bible Drop is having great opportunities in providing the LPB to be used in many different ministries in Africa. |
