Get Well

Addition

Lynn Shimkus Lynn will have open heart surgery to repair or replace leaky valve on April 24th.  She is a believer.  (Ken Sessions' sister)

Updates

Chuck Zintech Thank you for all your prayers.  Chuck is on the mend.  He was released from the hospital and was sent to a Rehab facility to help get the mobility back on the right side of his body.  He was making tremendous progress and then ended up catching Covid while at the facility.  Due to Covid his release from the rehab facility was delayed as well as the removal of the 35 staples in his head.  Once they were able to get the surgeon there to remove the staples, he had to stay an additional 3 days for observation.  He is currently at home with 90% of his mobility back & some short term memory issues.  His sister Debbie who was visiting from Buffalo, NY when the episode occurred has extended her trip and is currently staying with Chuck for the next few weeks.  Doctors believe that with time he will recover 100% from the brain surgery.  (Michelle Dillard)

Jim Tierney Jim is recovering from a broken hip and has been cleared to go home next Wednesday, March 29th.  The doctors and our family think he will have more motivation to get up and around if he is at home.  My brother built a ramp for him to get in and out of the house.  He'll also have a home health care nurse come in a few times a week for a while.  Keep him on the list for now.  (Jamie's dad)

Jen Forden   Jenn is not doing well with metastatic cancer. She has heard the Grace gospel many times.  Tim's sis and brother-n-law (B's) are going to visit her in Tucson.

Sunna Miller   Sunna is still walking without pain. Answered prayers -- she got her disability money and her room is getting cleaned up;  please pray shower is next. (Daria sis)

Mark Vandernagel  Please pray that Mark gets an appointment at UCLA. His doctor here had not sent the referral yet until this week. (Daria)  

Debi Shattuck. Debbie got a port in today that has caused her back to spasm.  Please pray muscle settle down. Also she was only doing infusions once a week and her cancer numbers went back up so she is going to back to twice a week.  Thank you for the prayers for this tough believer. (Daria)

Kathy Tierney  Kathy is recovering very well from having a broken hip.  She has been home for a week.  Her daughter has come to stay with her for now, and they are discussing moving her to South Dakota to live near her daughter.  (Jamie's aunt)

Captain Kristine Buist   Kristine is applying for a job in Washington state and looking to move with several horses. Please pray for God's logistics and grace for her. (Daria)
