Promotion

Ray Atkins I want to thank all the prayer warriors for all your prayers. We thought that Ray was getting better. Last night on the way home Karan and I saw a rainbow, and yes it was Our Lord Jesus Christ taking Ray home to be with Him. Now Ray will not have to suffer any more.

I thank God for watching over Him these last few days and taking Him home. (friend of Ronnie Espinoza)

Get Well

Jeannie Erskine  She had her leg amputated on Friday and is having difficulties with her blood work and the reality of losing her leg.  Thank you. (Sherry B)

Updates

Chris Harrison On Monday I sent an update on Chris Harrison who was near death.  Well, we have a new update.   While he is still in ICU and critical, he has made huge improvements in the last 24 hours.   His vital signs have stabilized, and he is actually showing signs of improvement.   It looks like the prayers were answered before they were made. (Cahoons)

Todd Long Todd has been discharged from the hospital. Our urgent search for dental eval has been squarely met with God's grace and timing via your prayers. He was x-rayed by my dentist who said he had four pockets of infection which required immediate extraction of all his lower teeth and he would do it right away. Today, Todd is doing amazingly well on oral antibiotics and pain meds. He is very grateful and relieved.  Doc wants him back for follow-up to ensure infection has been handled. Then on to the denture process with another dentist who will take his insurance. We are rounding the final turn. So, please keep Todd in your prayers a while longer.  Throughout this test, God's faithfulness was front and center at every turn, drawing the attention of believers and unbelievers alike.  As adult believers, we know what God is capable of. But seeing Him in action this way, stiff-arming every challenge as it came to bear, just left me in AWE!! We are n-o-t-h-i-n-g! And, still, He is for us. Go figure!  (Gene and Laura Long)

Child Haven

Renetta has our group scheduled for Saturday, February 4th from 9 - 11:00 am.  We will be having classes for the elementary age girls and boys.  Let me know if you would like to teach.  Keep this in your prayers.  I'm so happy that God has given us such an opportunity to give the gospel to the children there at Child Haven.
